People & usage
Manage employee access to the Wilson & weBoost catalog and see how your team uses the connector.
Checking administrator access…
Employees
Everyone signs in with their own account. Product and asset access through weBoost Product Intelligence is read-only.
Choose a role to fill in the permissions, then review before saving. Product Users look up products and read PDFs. Creative Users also preview images and videos. Product Reviewers also inspect fields and categories. Administrators manage employees and usage; their data access is set separately. Custom employees use the individual permissions you choose.
Preview and structure tools also require catalog access. These are tool permissions, not product, market or folder restrictions. Catalog access includes asset metadata and public links. Uploads, edits and deletion are not available.

Connector usage
See who uses the connector, which assets are requested, and which requests need attention. A tool call is one request from an AI app to the connector. One question may involve several calls.
Counts include earlier failures, even after access is fixed. Open Errors or Access denied to see each request’s reason and next step. Older ambiguous asset failures may appear under Access denied; their details explain what is known.

Understanding call results
A partial result is not necessarily an error. Completion not recorded means the call started, but its final result was not saved; it does not prove failure. Older calls may have no recorded diagnostic reason.
Rate-limit incidents count the first blocked request per employee in each minute, not every retry. They are reported separately from tool calls.
Asset requests
See images, videos and documents specifically requested through the connector. A request does not prove a download or use in an email, catalog or design.
How asset requests are counted
Requests include failed and denied attempts. Search results and product asset lists do not count as asset requests. Known document continuations and older document calls without continuation information are excluded from request totals; repeated requests and retries still count. Document details include those older calls and continuation counts.
Missing names, product associations or revisions mean they were not recorded. Type filters use the latest known type for each asset within the selected period and employee scope. Recorded details may not reflect the asset's current state in PXM.
What usage reporting includes
Usage history is available for 90 days. Counts measure connector calls, not completed questions or tasks. No conversation text, AI subscription costs, downloads or completed designs are tracked. Skill usage is not tracked yet.
Daily totals use UTC; individual timestamps use your browser's timezone. Tool duration excludes sign-in checks and usage logging. Requests rejected before tool tracking begins are not included, so this is not a complete security log.
