Connection & help
Your account controls access to the catalog. Each AI app connects separately; signing in here does not establish an AI-app connection.
Connect your AI app or run a connection test
Connect your AI app
Choose Claude, ChatGPT or Grok below. In Claude, select the Wilson Connectivity organization to use the company connector. In every app, sign in to weBoost Product Intelligence with your invited work email. Signing in here alone does not connect an AI app.
Custom connector name: weBoost Product Intelligence
Server URL:
Paste this address into your AI app’s custom connector setup. Opening it as a web page does not connect the app.
Claude
Company account: connect the existing connector
- Open Claude and select Wilson Connectivity.
- Open Customize → Connectors → Yours.
- Find weBoost Product Intelligence (existing connections may still be named weBoost PXM or PXM) and click Connect.
- On the weBoost page, sign in with your invited work email, then click Allow connection.
- Start a new chat. Use + → Connectors beside the message box to enable the connector, then paste the test prompt below.
Already connected? Start at step 5. If the company connector is missing or needs organization approval, contact your Claude organization administrator.
Add a custom connector
- Open Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector.
- Enter weBoost Product Intelligence and the server URL above, then continue.
- If authentication settings appear, choose Sign in when needed and Register automatically. Leave manual credentials and request headers empty, then add the connector.
- Click Connect, sign in with your invited work email, and allow the connection. Enable the connector in a new chat using + → Connectors.
ChatGPT
First time: add a custom MCP server
- Open ChatGPT in your browser.
- Open Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server.
- Enter weBoost Product Intelligence and the server URL above. Choose OAuth; leave the client ID and secret blank.
- Review the connection warning, then select Create as a plugin. Sign in on the weBoost page with your invited work email, and click Allow connection. Install the plugin if prompted.
- Start a new chat, type @, select weBoost Product Intelligence, and paste the test prompt below.
Already added?
Open Plugins and find weBoost Product Intelligence. Install it if needed and complete any connection prompt. Then select it with @ in a new chat. Sign-in may appear at first use.
If custom MCP setup is unavailable, check your ChatGPT plan and settings. There is no company ChatGPT connector installation to wait for.
Grok
First time: add a custom connector
- Open Grok Connectors.
- Click New Connector → Custom.
- Enter the server URL above and name it weBoost Product Intelligence if a name is requested. Choose OAuth if prompted.
- Sign in on the weBoost page with your invited work email and click Allow connection.
- Return to Grok, start a new chat, and ask it to use weBoost Product Intelligence with the test prompt below.
Already added?
Open Connectors → weBoost Product Intelligence and complete any connection prompt. Then start a new chat. Grok is a separate connection from Claude and ChatGPT.
Grok Bot
In Connect apps, find weBoost Product Intelligence and choose Add. Sign in with your invited work email and allow the connection. In a chat, type @ and select weBoost Product Intelligence.
If it is not listed and your version offers custom MCP plugins, add one using Remote HTTPS, the server URL above and OAuth. A Team Bot owner can add it to that Bot’s plugins; you still sign in with your own connector account.
Existing connections may still show weBoost PXM or PXM. Check that their server URL matches the address above. If it differs, update or recreate the connector and reconnect with your existing account. For company Claude, ask your organization administrator to update the connector URL first.
If your AI app asks to use a product-data tool, review the request and choose Allow once or Always allow if those options are offered. This tool permission is separate from organization setup.
Try it in your AI app
Copy this prompt into your connected AI app:
Use weBoost Product Intelligence to look up the US Drive Reach Overland. What are its SKU, maximum gain, and included antennas? Link to its spec sheet and cite the PXM sources. If a detail is missing, say so.
Check that your AI app shows weBoost Product Intelligence being used. A product answer without a PXM tool call does not confirm the connection. If no call appears, enable or select weBoost Product Intelligence and try again in a new chat.
Your password
Change your Product Intelligence password. This password belongs only to your account; it is separate from your company or AI-app password.
Something isn’t working?
If the connector is missing, check your selected organization and enable the connection in your AI app. If a tool is missing, refresh the connection and start a new chat. An access-denied result needs an administrator to review your permissions; changing prompts does not grant access.
Share the tool name, error message and request ID with your connector administrator. Never share passwords, sign-in links or access tokens. AI-app tool approvals are separate from your account permissions.
